About the core advantages of our NC-UV0406 machine (Part 1)

As China's first small UV flatbed printer with its own board, NC-UV0406 is of great significance to China. While we are constantly upgrading this machine, we are also developing more functions to suit market needs.

First of all, this machine uses a print head, which can meet the printing needs of most products, the performance is stable, and the printed patterns are exquisite and delicate;

For the platform, we use a standard scale on the print table which is made of aluminum plate material, the size is 60*45mm, the actual size is a little bigger and the internal structure  is not easy to deform, and the flatness is controlled within 0.1 mm, as Printed products provide excellent flatness;

Looking here, our ink station is a lift type and driven by a motor, which can accurately control the position of the head and intelligently protect the print head

In order to make the ink flow more smoothly, our machine has an intelligent ink supply system. It has a built-in ink stirrer and filter, which can effectively prevent impurities and deposition; at the same time, in order to avoid ink shortage during the printing process, it also has an ink volume alarm function to remind customers of adding inks and realize intelligent ink supply.
