For customers who want to be our distributors or even exclusive agents, the following requirements must be met:

4. Competition Restriction

Exclusive agents shall ensure that Nuocai's products will not be placed in a subordinate position in the promotion and sales of the products. Among similar products, only NOCAI brand products are sold or mainly promoted.

5. Price limitation

Distributors and exclusive agents have the right to set the distribution and terminal sales price of Nuocai products in the local market, but the price shall not be lower than the minimum sales price officially announced by Nuocai. Except for the case where it has been reported to Nuocai in advance.

6. Business secret

All the information related to each other in the cooperation, including but not limited to product parameters, prices, sales policies, promotional policies, agreements, etc., except for the information that must be disclosed to customers due to sales, both parties have the obligation to keep business secret, it is not allowed to disclose those business secret to any third party.
