Cylinder Automatic High-speed Printer

1. Newly listed and upgraded single station cylinder printer model, born for cylinder and cone bottles to achieve high productivity in uv printing. With high resolution Xaar heads mounted, to enjoy win-win result in printing quality as well as quantity.

2. With 3 pieces Xaar 1201 heads, CMYK+WWWW+VVVV, print white and color and varnish. High end machine model with maximum 2400dpi output.

3. Three pieces Xaar printheads print white and color and varnish at the same time which improves printing speed, it takes about 2 minutes to finish printing a bottle.

4. A block light metal sheet is added to avoid printhead accident caused by uv lamp reflection during high speed printing.

5. For different diameter of bottle mouths, only need to replace this small jig, easy operation for kinds of size bottles printing.

6. Carriage beam cover design is humanized and fashional, effectively protect the operator’s eyes from being hurted.
