Varnish sprayed by the UV flatbed printer can make patterns more vivid, beautiful, and brighter. In recent years, varnish has been more and more applications for printing.

Besides making the pattern brighter and glossy, varnish also has the characteristics of friction resistance and weather resistance. But in the process of use, there are also some problems with varnish.

1. The brightness of the varnish is not enough.

The main reason for this problem is related to the amount of varnish and the speed of UV light. The amount of varnish and the speed of UV light should be adjusted appropriately according to different materials.

2. The varnish is not dry well and the surface of the material with varnish is sticky.

The main reason is that the intensity of UV light is not enough; the UV lamp is aging and the intensity is weakened; the storage time of varnish is too long or the printing speed of the printer is too fast. In this case, the power of the UV lamp must be sufficient, the UV lamp should be replaced when the light is weak.
