How to make sure UV Printer meet the requirement of transportation quality?

When customers receive their own UV printer.Sometimes may happen the siutation like these:the machine is demaged or accessories fall off etc.So how to try best to avoid these siutation from happening?

We Nocai have made lots of efforts,will list three key step as example:

Firstly,before delivery,we will have nine-hous’ Vibration test to test the firmness of whole structure and accessories.

Seconly,when for machine packing,we use the thick tray as the basic;stabilize those four footcups;whatsmore is to use pearl cotton to protect the key parts like front and back side of table,carriage,left and right side of bridge and so on.

Last but not least:We have made Anti-tilt sign outside wooden case.If the sign turns into RED,then means the wooden case is tilted.In this situation,need to make sure everything is right before receipt.
