The requirements for distributors and exclusive agents -Part 1

For customers who want to be our distributors or even exclusive agents, the following requirements must be met:

1. Company requirement

In principle, distributors and exclusive agents need to be full-time enterprises with legal distribution and sales qualifications, have a place and business platform for products display, and need to establish a professional marketing team and after-sales service team.

2. The demo machines display requirement

Distributors and exclusive agents shall always display the demo machines and ensure the machines work well. In addition, the exclusive agents shall even display the machines with Nocai LOGO in the most prominent and attractive way, promote the machines with the documents provided by Nuocai.

3. Territorial Restriction

Distributors and exclusive agents shall conduct sales, marketing promotion and after-sales service of products in the territory which is specified in the agreement.Exclusive agents have the right to develop their secondary dealers?in the authorized territory. At the same time, exclusive agents?also have the responsibility to supervise the sales of secondary dealers in accordance with Nuocai marketing policy.
