How To Avoid The Head Issue When Print High Products

(1) We always warm our customer to be careful of head clogging problem when they wanna print several pieces high products, like wood box, wine packing box, on the uv flatbed printer once.

Usually they don’t understand why and how to do it.

Let me explain and give solution here.

(2) When there’s enough gap between each high product, the uv light will go into the space and there’s big risk the uv light will be reflected to the surface of the head, which will clog the head nozzles.

In order to avoid the uv light reflection, the gap between the product must be filled.

(3) And what’s more, on our Nocai uv printer, we use the tilted uv lamp, not the flat one, to go a good way to reduce the uv light reflection risk.

(4) Not only for sale, but service. Contact with Kevin @ Wechat & Whatsapp: 008618011726489 to get more info.
