Is The UV Ink Waterproof

(1)There’s a question the customer always ask: Is the UV ink waterproof?

Since they need to put some products outside or get them into water.

Let me explain to you here.

(2)The printed uv ink just like one layer of film and stick on the surface of the product. And you can take if off from the products when print on the glass without primer

When the water on the uv ink layer, it’ll not Infiltrate inside it.

(3)However, does that mean UV ink is waterproof?

Actually No!!!

(4)When put the printed products into water for a few hours, the uv ink will be easy removed or even peel off, the water will damage the ink bonding strength.

(5)So, for some outside products better to do post coating if you wanna the uv ink stay long time, like apply resin after printing.

(6)Not only for sale, but service. Contact with Kevin @ Wechat & Whatsapp: 008618011726489 to get more info.
