1. How’s the direct uv ink bonding strength on the high density materials like glass .metal , acrylic , ?

2. Let’s print on glass without pre-treatment . However , the test result is really bad as you see . Then we test on pen,plastic  the ink stays well. 

3. So UV ink cannot print on these metal or glass material? No ,UV ink has no problem for these products printing, just need to apply with primer

4. Primer is the kind of liquid which help to increase the bonding strength of the uv ink and let it stay on the products surface.

5. Here show you how to apply primer

6. Apply the primer on the glass surface

7. Let the primer dry a bit for 3-5 minutes.

8.Obviously the bonding strength is OK with primer.
