Small UV Flatbed Printer NC-UV0609PEIII Machine Maintenance Tips

1.Every 2-3months ,Grease the guide rail to prevent it from rusting

2.Keep the capping station clean,clean the cap top with cleaner or alcohol in time

3.the local voltage is the same as machine’s Nameplate

4.Keep a stable working temperature and humidity.

5.Before adding inks,shake ink bottle ,use tissue to wrap the tank mouth, to prevent ink from corroding other fittings

6.Check the capacity of waste bottle 1-2 weeks,if it goes beyond 2/3,please pour it out in time.

7.Do not place sundries around the machine body or platform.

8.Before any printing , rise the ink carriage to be higher than items, to prevent printhead being hit.

9.Do not print reflective items like mirror or irregular crystal.

If you need print probably reflective items like glass bottles or thick acrylic, please check with sales engineers in advance.
