(1). The problem of head clogging happens after using for some times, which make the customers lost money.

One of the reasons is the printing products will reflect the uv light to the head surface and clog the head nozzles.

(2). First, there are some products which will have the light reflection problem, like mirror, crystal, or even some the products with mirrored surface.

All these are not suitable to print by uv printer, or need to cover the mirrored surface before printing.

(3). Second, when you print several pieces high products, like the wood box, and leave enough gap between each of them, it’ll be easy to reflect the uv light as well.
