Wu Xiao, Operations Director; Yu Zhenwei, Manager of the R&D Center; Xiao Jiyu, Plant Manager of the Production Center; Pan Jiayuan, HR Supervisor; and representatives of the production trainees attended the symposium. Together, they shared experiences, discussed future development, and explored new opportunities for growth.

At the beginning of the meeting, representatives of the production trainees introduced themselves and shared their experiences and insights.
Based on their hands-on experience, they discussed their respective responsibilities, what they had learned since joining the company, and their deeper understanding of the value of their roles. They also shared clear goals and career development plans based on their current progress.

From getting familiar with their roles to taking on responsibilities with confidence, and from understanding their positions to planning for long-term development, the trainees’ presentations were sincere, practical, and well-structured. They demonstrated the positive qualities of Nuocai’s young employees—initiative, practicality, and a willingness to think and learn—while also giving management a comprehensive understanding of the team’s growth and key needs.

02 Leadership Support, Clear Direction
After the trainees’ presentations, company leaders shared professional guidance and personalized advice based on the company’s development strategy, production operations, and talent development system.
Xiao Jiyu, Plant Manager of the Production Center, shared insights from the perspective of frontline production, focusing on operational standards, attention to detail, production safety, and on-site problem-solving. He emphasized that production work requires patience, accumulation, and close attention to detail. He encouraged the trainees to stay grounded on the frontline, strengthen their hands-on skills, gain practical experience, and build solid professional foundations through continuous learning and practice.

Yu Zhenwei, Manager of the R&D Center, provided guidance from the perspectives of technical R&D, product standards, and coordination between R&D and production. He noted that production and R&D are closely connected and mutually supportive, and that high-quality products depend on the effective implementation of production standards.
He encouraged the trainees to actively learn product and technical knowledge, gain a thorough understanding of production standards, and pay close attention to every detail. By breaking down boundaries between different roles, they can develop a broader understanding of technology, production, and standards, growing into versatile professionals with comprehensive capabilities.

Wu Xiao, Operations Director, shared his expectations for the trainees based on the company’s overall development strategy and talent development system. He emphasized that production trainees are an important talent reserve for the company’s future management, technical, and production positions, as well as a key force supporting the company’s high-quality development.
He encouraged young employees to maintain a positive and responsible attitude toward their work, avoid impatience, take initiative, and remain willing to learn and think.
