1.High-precision printing: The equipment adopts advanced inkjet technology, which can achieve ultra-high-precision printing, with a resolution of up to 1200dpi, ensuring that the quality of printed works reaches the industry-leading level. The second generation of NC-UV0609MAX brought by Nuocai is equipped with 3 different models of Epson printheads, which support white color varnish printing, 8-color printing, high color saturation and natural light color transition.

2.High efficiency production: Nuocai NC-CylinderElf cylindrical printing equipment, through optimizing printing algorithms and mechanical structures, the printing speed of the equipment has been greatly improved, and irregular cylindrical printing is achieved to meet the needs of the market’s personalized customization. The printing length is 80-280mm and the printing diameter is 45-160mm, which meets the printing of thermos cups, wine bottles, car cups, stewing pots and other products. Supports high drop printing of 2-13mm. Laser automatically measures the product appearance, achieves accurate positioning and easily prints special-shaped products.

3.Intelligent operation: The equipment is equipped with an intelligent control system, which simplifies the operating process, reduces the professional requirements for operators, and improves the stability and reliability of the equipment. Nuocai has developed an NC-HIJ-A3 carton machine printer in response to customer needs, with a printing height up to 450mm, and supports finished printing of boxes, folding cartons and other finished products. Variable data printing realizes intelligent printing of variable elements such as barcodes and serial numbers, reducing the time cost of sorting one by one.
